She Who Stands: Victory

“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

— 1 Corinthians 15:57

She doesn’t fight for victory.

She fights from it.

The war has already been won. The cross crushed the serpent. The tomb is empty. And every stand she takes now is ground held—not ground gained.

This is what the enemy hopes she’ll forget:

That she’s already clothed in victory.

That her position is already secured.

That the battle plan is not to conquer—but to stand and remain in what Christ already accomplished.

Victory Looks Different

Victory isn’t always loud.

It doesn’t always look like celebration.

Sometimes it looks like one more day of faithfulness. One more act of forgiveness. One more breath of surrender.

Victory is often quiet.

It feels like peace.

It looks like endurance.

It smells like crushed flowers in a battlefield—beauty rising where the enemy tried to destroy.

She Who Is Victorious

She is not defined by her wounds.

She is not counted out because of her past.

She walks in the covering of the One who overcame sin, death, and every principality of darkness.

And when the final trumpet sounds, when the dust settles and the enemy has fallen for the last time—she will be standing.

Crowned not by effort, but by grace.

Because she stood in the name of the King.

And the King does not lose.

A Prayer for the Victorious

Jesus, thank You for winning what I could never win.

Thank You for crushing the power of sin, shame, and fear.

Teach me to walk in the victory You’ve already secured for me.

I don’t want to fight for what You’ve already finished.

Let me live like a woman who knows the war has already been won.

In Your powerful name,

Amen.
